Kelly holds a BFA in dance and BA in anthropology (Montclair State University) and MA in cultural heritage management (Johns Hopkins University). She works as a freelance dancer, choreographer, and teacher at spaces including USDAN Camp for the Arts. Credits include the International Indian Film Awards, Miraggio Resort entertainment in Greece, Make Up For Ever Academy, Regina Opera Company, Ninja Ballet, and Six Flags Great Adventure.
